Terms & Conditions
Packages are all inclusive of within a 70 km radius from Bedfordview (JHB). Outside of this radius, we charge a rate of 3,50 / km
- Should you require our continued services over the specified Package hrs, an all inclusive rate of R500 per additional hour is applicable
- Should your Chapel / Church / getting ready location be separate from the Venue, a R1000 levy is applicable.
- Sonshaw retains ownership rights of all produced / printed goods until paid for in full
- Sonshaw may utilize & develop prints, in order to market it's Brand - be it in Magazines, Sonshaw Website, Expo's or Portfolio's
- We ask that you provide a seat & meal for 3 on your wedding day.
- For the purposes of photography, Sonshaw Photography are to be the principle and sole service providers
- A deposit of 30%, of total package, is required in order to secure your booking. Balance is payable on or before wedding day (a 20% final payment may be retained and paid on delivery of Product)
- EFT payments are preferable
- Should you cancel your commitment within the 4 month period, prior to the wedding date, you will loose your deposit
- Cancellation prior to the aforementioned 4 month period has commenced, no penalty will be levied & deposit returned
- Your high resolution digital photo's will be available for collection 5 weeks after your wedding day. (Collection address: 21 Harold St, Sunnyrock)
- All Photobook/s and Printed product will be delivered 2 weeks after you have made your photo choice. (Collection address: 21 Harold St, Sunnyrock)
- Sonshaw's liability is limited to the price of the chosen package
- Sonshaw is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by guests / clients as a result of equipment malfunction / obstruction & memory card failure
- Photographs taken will be at the artistic discretion of the Sonshaw photographers. Our judgement in this regard shall be deemed correct
- These Terms & Conditions are considered as agreed upon by the Client on payment of the deposit.
